This website is operated by Fake Society Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and Pricing

We do our best to show product colours, fabrics and sizes accurately, but screens vary and small differences can occur.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout.
We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
Some products are sold as pre-orders or new drops. Their expected dispatch date is shown on the product page.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

Discounts and Offers

Discount codes and offers are subject to their stated conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one offer can be used per order.

All content on this site — including our name, logo, designs, graphics and photos — belongs to Fake Society Studio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Community and Events

Joining our community waitlist or events is optional. Event details, dates and availability may change, and participation may be subject to separate terms shared at the time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Indian law.
