Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched from our studio after they're placed. For pre-order or new-drop items, the expected dispatch date is shown on the product page.

Delivery Time

India: 10–15 business days from order.
International: 10–15 business days from order. Customs clearance can occasionally add a few days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges

India: ₹379 flat rate per order.
International: ₹1,800 flat rate per order.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, Duties and Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also view your order status by signing in to your account.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once the shipping charge is paid again.
